Sweet, gentle, a little stuffy, some grain, sourish, citrus in the back of your mouth, a little medicinal.
Flavour:
Grain, some glue, apple, cake batter, yeast, some almost ripe red fruit, sherry, a little sourish, a hint of peat in the background. Has quite a lasting finish.
Body:
Dry, gentle, complete.
Comments:
As an typical Bowmore, I wouldn't pick it out of a line-up. I'd keep it if I'd be fortunate enough to guess right.
