Nose: Peat, a little sour, some peach.
Flavour: Peat, red fruit, sweet, vanilla, slightly bitter, hint of chocolate.
Body: Gentle oily, a little dry, granular.
Comments: One of the few non-Islay peated whiskies with a focus on quality and not just peat, and it shows.
