Nose: Gentle, a little sour.
Flavour: Sweet, fruity, slightly sourish, oloroso sherry, coffee candy, some wood, a little salty, complex.
Body: A little granular, round, finishes pleasantly dry.
Comments: A great combination of Oloroso sherry and rich oak.
