Flavour: Sweet, fruity, cheesy, berries, sweet sal ammoniac, a hint of wood, a hint of bitterness, hint of herbal liqueur, lasts pleasantly.
Body: Nutty fatness, dryness, nicely oily.
Comments: Nicely balanced.
