Nose: Light yellow plums, slightly salty, a hint of fish oily, a little minerals, hardboard.
Flavour: Slight wood, sal ammoniac, biscuits, vanilla, light sweet pear, some tannins.
Body: Gentle, round, slightly creamy, gentle oily.
Comments: Pleasant young grain. I won't mind being surprised like this more often.
