Nose:	Citrus, caramel, vanilla, butter.
Flavour:	Vanilla, a little caramel, oak, dried herbs, a hint of stone fruit, slightly bitter finish.
Body:	Creamy slightly sharp.
Comments:	On one hand it's pleasantly firm but on the other it's not a busy-body so that works quite well.
