Nose: Boiled rice, oatmeal, peaches, Anta Flu candy, some chemical sweetness, a hint of blue cheese.
Flavour: Sweet, fresh liquorice, blue cheese, a little sal ammoniac, wood, fruity sourness, a little stale in it's finish. more peaches, a sweetness
Body: Round, delicately viscous, thick oily, nicely lasting finish.
Comments: Quite delicious, though it seems a somewhat stale in comparison to the last time we drank this. Perhaps this is the result of oxidizing for too long?
