Nose: Soft, gentle, slightly sea salt, subtle, slightly some sour apples, flowers, a little warm in the background.
Flavour: Subtle, relatively sharp, fresh, some sea salt, blossom, some grain, a lot of wood, smoky, star fruit like, traces of rancidness.
Body: A little oily, thin, a little dry, has a stimulating long finish, pleasantly warm in the chest.
Comments: On one hand, this king of subtlety automatically makes you whisper in order not to disturb it. On the other hand, the amount of wood it absorbed over the years makes you want to forget about it as soon as you've even smelled it.
