Nose: A little sour, fresh, fruity, a little peat, green apples.
Flavour: Sour, sea salt, some sal ammoniac, a little alcohol.
Body: A little fat, sharp, somewhat granular, some sharpness due to alcohol, nicely round.
Comments: This one has potential, unfortunately it still has some maturing to do and some alcohol edginess to get rid off.
