Nose: Faint, slightly sour, fresh, vanilla, peaches.
Flavour: Full, spices, sweet, fiant oranges, vanilla, some wood.
Body: Quite thin, calm, dusty, has a quite dry finish.
Comments: In one word refreshing. Thankfully, this apple didn't fall far from the mother tree.
