Sulfur, sherry, earthy, woody, red fruit, fresh, calm. |
| Flavour: |
Some pepper, honey, red forest fruits, wood, slightly stale. Changes from sweet and a little salty to glue like with hints of acetone midway through. Finishes off quite bitter. |
| Body: |
Slightly dry, round, calm but dynamic. Strong finish. |
| Comments: |
Overall quite a feast with great oloroso influence. It's bitter finish ruines it a little for me though. |
