Nose: Gentle, some apples, woody, soury.
Flavour: Fresh, herbs, spices, a little salt, fresh soury, a little wood.
Body: Greasy, slightly dry, lacks character.
Comments: The alcohol is a little bit too much for this one. A little too dull for an 28 year old.
