Nose:	Gentle, sweet, glue, wood, a little lemon.
Flavour:	Dark but still fresh, peppery, some wood, date, a hint of citrus, slightly salty, slightly sour, finishes with some sal ammoniac and a little rancid,
Body:	Fatty, slightly dry, dynamic, has a long calm rippling like full finish.
Comments:	Such a fresh Highland Park is a first for me, but not an unwelcome first at all.
