Nose:	A little rancid, leather, gentle pepper, some blueberries.
Flavour:	Some rubber, a little pepper, sweet fruit, dried apples, wood, faint glue, slightly bitter finish.
Body:	Granular, gentle, calm.
Comments:	Feels like the calvados took away some of it's spirit.
