Nose:	Start with peach sweetness, then goes on to provincial herbs, slightly stale and slightly rancid.
Flavour:	Slightly bitter, chocolate, some white wood, tannins, some spices, dried pear, subtle, some sea salt.
Body:	A little fat, a little dry, somewhat dynamic.
Comments:	Quite subtle and pleasant
