Nose:
Peat, a little sour, sweet, spicy, slightly burned.
Flavour:
Dry peat, butter, charcoal, some nuts, white pepper, a little salty.
Body:
Slightly oily, round, gentle.
Comments:
There's just a little too much emphasis on the peat, though it's still easy to enjoy.
