Nose: Slightly sour, honey, a little stale pear, some glue, elastic.
Flavour: A little sal ammoniac, spices, honey, mango, wood, faintly some cream cheese.
Body: Slightly oily, a little dry, beautifully gentle.
Comments: A stunning example of how a Balvenie should be like..
