Nose: Peat, smoke, citrus, a little sourish, hint of sherry, vanilla.
Flavour: Peat, smoke, sherry elements, nuts, a little salty.
Body: Well balanced, beautiful oily.
Comments: A good sherried peaty whisky is one of the few things for which you can wake me up in the middle of the night.
