Nose: Dried fruit, honey, wood, some spices.
Flavour: Round, sweet, wineball candy like sourness, raspberry fruitiness, sal ammoniac, liquorice, some sherry, some wood.
Body: Dry, a little fat, round.
Comments: A beautiful sherry feast, with some fun sourness which serves as the cherry on the cake.
