Nose: Fresh, minerals, peppery, some pear.
Flavour: Beautiful freshness, vigorous gentle pepper, faint fruity in the background, yellow apples, minerals, sea salty, subtle, slightly sourish finish.
Body: Light, dryish, a little oily.
Comments: A very fun fresh spirit.
