Nose: Fresh, a little stale, some lemon, grassy, Turkish delight.
Flavour: Some wood, a little bitter, macaroons, faint citrus, tanine, vanilla, a hint of clove, sweet wood, a hint of chilli, not much of a finish.
Body: Slightly sharp, a little creamy.
Comments: A fine starter at the beginning of the evening
