Nose: Sweet, a little peaty, some earth, some vanilla.
Flavour: Sweet, fruity, cake like, a hint of peat, a little earthy, banana.
Body: Round, oily, slightly creamy.
Comments: When picking a cask like this is an art, I'm more that happy to be called an art lover.
