Nose: A little sour, candy sweetness, blossom, a little caramel, a little sherry.
Flavour: Candied fruit, pleasantly sweet, soury, chocolat, hint of sal ammoniac, finishes with a little ash.
Body: A little dry, calm.
Comments: It's clean this comes from a sherry cask. Unfortunately that doesn't mean the whisky really benefits from it.
