Nose:	Fresh sherry, grassy, vanilla, pleasant citrus, butterscotch.
Flavour:	Nice wood, apple cider, hint of sherry, round, slightly spicy, some lime, some starfruit. Quit some apples in the finish.
Body:	Round, smooth, gently dry.
Comments:	It's so delicately balanced, you can almost call it elegant. Only a whisker away from a higher rating.
