Nose: Some apples, a little glue, hay, vanilla custard, a hint of liquorice, a little salty.
Flavour: Sweet, peppery, spicy, fruity, some apples, some wood, a little salty, a hint of mold.
Body: Smooth, oily, stimulating.
Comments: Needs some water to open up sweet and firm.
