Nose: Gentle, light sherry elements, a little sulfur, fruity, a little salty, a hint of moor, a hint of fresh flowers.
Flavour: Some sherry, caramel, chocolate mousse, a little wood, salty, white wine elements, a hint of syrup, quite some chili, a little mocha, gently herbal, some moor.
Body: Fat like oiliness, stimulating, slightly creamy.
Comments: It's firm yet mild, and simply delicious. Just another Springbank day.
