Nose:	Fresh manure, strong moldy cheese, old sweat.
Flavour:	Spicy, rotten wood, rotten leaves, earthy, slightly salty, sweet, Frolic dog food, moldy cheese, dried figs, rennet.
Body:	Stimulating, slightly oily.
Comments:	There's never been a more controversial whisky at our table. The only thing we all agreed upon was there's never been a more perfect match with French moldy cheese.
