Nose: Currant, dark red fruit, humus, twigs, gentle, honey liquorice.
Flavour: Nutty, pure chocolate, dark fruitiness, light apricot, elegant, Katjes liquorice, too little of a finish.
Body: Round oily.
Comments: It's really a beautiful distillation. Just wish it brought more on the table as a whisky.
