Nose: Light, gentle, round, perfume, gooseberries, fruity, herbs, some pear.
Flavour: Pear, blackberries, saw dust, wax, slightly moldy cheese crust, pleasant sweetness, slightly sweaty finish.
Body: Thin oily, dry.
Comments: Well made and it's got quite a lot to offer.
