Nose: Warm, hint of peat, a little sal ammoniac, sweet fruitiness, pleasantly sour.
Flavour: Sal ammoniac, liquorice, a little sea salty, dried sweet fruit, white pepper, a hint of peat.
Body: Round, slightly abrasive, fat and oily.
Comments: A great starter for an Islay evening.
