Nose:	Sherry, dried fruit, currants, chickpeas, gentle, strawberries, some citrus, nicely dark.
Flavour:	Sherry, a little macaroons, cherries, a hint of Christmas cake, vanilla custard, cream, wood, a hint of peppermint, peppery.
Body:	Beautifully full and powerful, pleasant wood, greasy dryness.
Comments:	While maintaining the characteristics of the distillery, they put forward an Olympic performance with this one.
