Nose: Sherry, raisins, dark chocolate, flowers, reed.
Flavour: Big sherry, gentle spices, currant, roasted fruit.
Body: Firm, beautifully granular, very fine oily.
Comments: One of the few big sherry whiskies which manages to maintain the character of the distillery. Loving it a lot.
