Nose: Butter, humus, dry rotting, a little nutty, rotten fish, thick boiled fruit.
Flavour: Fruity, salty, red grapefruit, powdered eggs, vanilla sticks.
Body: Nicely thick, dryish in the back.
Comments: It's the nose that makes it more than simply interesting.
