Nose: A little vanilla, roasted peanuts, herbs, fresh meat.
Flavour: Marmalade, salt, yellow plums, dried herbs, sweet sal ammoniac lollipop.
Body: Slightly oily, slightly in the front, liquid finish.
Comments: As we've come to expect from a Director's Cut whisky, it's the little things that make it so interesting.
