Nose: Fresh sour sherry, sandalwood, dried currant, quite sweet, overripe strawberries, figs.
Flavour: Sherry, cigar box, lots of tannins, dried currant, sour cherries, spicy, a hint of coffee and mocha.
Body: Thick, fat oily, round, makes you want to chew.
Comments: Quite the main course served by the dominatrix of the sherry family.
