Nose: Gooseberries, gentle, melon, a little stale, soft, vanilla.
Flavour: Smooth, wood, fruity, raisins, some grain, a little ginger, nicely calm dynamic, a hint of green tea, gentle spicy.
Body: Tannin dryness, sticky oily, stimulating
Comments: Like early on a warm day in the spring, fresh at it's base with plenty of warm elements to keep you warm.
