Nose: Warm moor, salty, a hint of compost, some purslane.
Flavour: Sweet peat, sal ammoniac, butter candy, brier, some smoke.
Body: Beautiful oily, greasy dryness, pleasantly rough.
Comments: Enjoying a sunset on Hawaii while sipping a glass of this whisky. Sounds quite close to a perfect date.
