Nose: A little peat, moor, medicinal, smoky, heather, sweet.
Flavour: Sal ammoniac, peat, ginger, salty, dried figs, wood, plums, cherries.
Body: Dry and round.
Comments: It seems firm and uncouth at first, but in the end it's the sweet peat that'll win you over.
