Nose: Gentle honey, some vanilla, grassy, white pepper.
Flavour: A little honey, red pepper, vanilla sugar, boiled endive, a little salty.
Body: Sightly dry, gentle oily, pleasantly sticky, easy finish.
Comments: It's got the muscles, but it doesn't see the need to parade them.
