Nose: Spice cellar, peat, sour berries.
Flavour: Spices, happy peat, honey, white berries, sour soil.
Body: Beautiful, pleasantly soft, tasty freshness, nice slightly biting, velvet oiliness.
Comments: There's no end to my admiration of the craftsmanship at Chichibu for making such a young whisky this good.
