Nose: Some sourness, butter, humus, fresh fruit, pear.
Flavour: Fresh fruit, black and white candy, pepper, some almonds, pleasant spices, a hint of minerals.
Body: Light, supple.
Comments: Quite a successful first release. It makes me very interested about the next releases.
