Nose:	Sweet, gentle, woody, boiled fruit, caramelized cinnamon apples.
Flavour:	Sweet, a little pepper, caramelized cinnamon apples.
Body:	Round, pleasantly full.
Comments:	Quite a tasty whisky, though I'm sad to say I wouldn't recognize it as a Talisker tasting blindly.
