Nose: Flowers, a hint of peat, a little like a ditch with stagnant water.
Flavour: Some pepper, some peat, sugar melon, some minerals.
Body: Calm, thin oily though a little sticky non the less.
Comments: It's like one of those talents in real life that's never able to take the final step to greatness.
