Slightly sour, fresh, sherry, thin.
Flavour:
Sourish, peppery, some peat, salty.
Body:
A bit dry and an bit sharp.
Comments:
We were told that it's composed of Macallan and Highland Park; which is quite a waste although the result isn't bad.
