Nose: Compost heap, sourish, old wood, smoky, fresh nuts, full, firm.
Flavour: Sweet, strawberry jam, some sal ammoniac, rusk, chocolate, minerals.
Body: A little creamy, a bit dry.
Comments: Needs some time to breath to really bring out it's potential.
