Nose: A bit stale, flowers, and sour in the distance.
Flavour: Light, full, well balanced, nicely round, blossoms from fruittrees.
Body: Thick like olive-oil, initially a bit sharp, has a long subtle finish.
Comments: This finish is a clear improvement over the original.
