Nose: Gentle, stewed potato, a little sherry, some wood, bark, slightly sweet, dried currant, dark herbs, a hint of mint.
Flavour: Some wood, citrus, oranges, laurel, some minerals, fruitcake, a hint of mint, full lasting finish.
Body: Stimulating, thick oily, lasting finish.
Comments: I generally like a sherry whisky, especially when it's able to put a few more layers of character on top.
