Nose:	Round, nicely dark, vanilla, slightly sour in the background.
Flavour:	Somewhat warm, quite full, sour in the background. Just a little too thin.
Body:	Dry, calm, has a small finish.
Comments:	A nice experiment although we prefer the original.
