Nose:	Old wood, chocolate, tannins, vanilla, dried plums, soya sous, dark sweetness.
Flavour:	Dark sweet, plums, a little vanilla, dark chocolate, wood, red oranges.
Body:	Chewing, foaming, pleasantly rough.
Comments:	Give it some time to breath. It'll still be a fierce whisky but it'll be all the better for it.
