Nose:	Boiled vegetables, light bitterness, thick fruits, dry cotton countertop cloth, burned peach.
Flavour:	Some wood, fruity, white pepper, slightly burned peach, sour candy, finishes with light spices and gingerbread.
Body:	Firm oily, pleasantly sticky, gentle light dry finish.
Comments:	It's definitely quite tasty though a little goody-goody. But what happened to the sherry?
